This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Insangle.com ("Service Provider") and the individual or business submitting this form and signing during the deposit ("Client").

By purchasing a service, submitting your brand files, or otherwise working with us, you agree to the following terms:​

A. THE TEST DRIVE – $25 (Trial Offer)

Includes:

• 2-part Welcome Flow

• 3-part Cart & Checkout Flow (same designs)

• 1 Custom Campaign

• 1 part Browse abandonment flow

• Pop-up Design (Desktop + Mobile)

• Copy, Design & Setup inside Klaviyo

• Terms:

• Trial runs for 14 days from the start date.

• We require fast responses. Delays of 24 hours or more void any performance guarantee.

• No revisions, edits, or creative approvals are offered during the trial.

• We only charge $1,000 if we generate 10%–15% of your store revenue or a minimum $1000 during the 14-day period.

• Payment of this $500 is mandatory if these results are met.

• If the Client does not wish to use the work, please do not opt into this trial.

• Trial includes a performance review and discussion of next steps via Slack or call after completion.

What Happens After You Book:

If we’re a good fit, we’ll get started within 48 hours.
You’ll get full delivery within 2 weeks — no calls or meetings required, but you can choose to book a call via our website.

 

The $50 Is Not the Full Price
This is a low-risk way to test us out. If we generate 10%–15% of your revenue or a minimum $1000 from email during the Test Drive, we charge $500 — no exceptions.

If those results aren’t met, no further payment is required.

After the trial ends, you can continue with the complete setup by upgrading to the Flow Builder Plan for $60/email.
