Welcome to insangle.com! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who interacts with our site or services.

1. Who We Are

Insangle.com is an email marketing service provider. We offer done-for-you email setup, copywriting, design, Klaviyo implementation, and campaign management for eCommerce brands.

Our website is intended to provide information about our services, pricing, results, and onboarding process.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree not to:

Use our website for any unlawful purpose
Copy or reuse content, copy, or visuals without written permission
Attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to our site or systems

We reserve the right to block access or refuse service if you violate these rules.

3. Payments & Services

SERVICE OPTIONS

The Client agrees to select one of the following service tiers:

A. THE TEST DRIVE – $50 (Trial Offer)

Includes:

3-part Welcome Flow
3-part Cart & Checkout Flow (same designs)
1 Custom Campaign
Pop-up Design (Desktop + Mobile)
Copy, Design & Setup inside Klaviyo
Bonus: 1 email turned into a social media graphic

Terms:

Trial runs for 14 days from the start date.
We require fast responses. Delays of 24+ hours void any performance guarantee. In such cases, we’ll have to discontinue the trial, and the trial fee will be non-refundable.
No revisions, edits, or creative approvals are offered during the trial.
We only charge $500 if we generate 10%–15% of your store revenue or a minimum $1000 during the 14-day period.
Payment of this $500 is mandatory if these results are met.
If the Client does not wish to use the work, please do not opt into this trial.
The trial includes a performance review and discussion of next steps via Slack or a call after completion.
After the trial ends, you can continue with the complete setup by upgrading to any other plan. You are not eligible for any other trial plan, like $25 campaign trial after this.

B. THE FLOW BUILDER – $60/email

If the project is delayed due to client revisions, an additional fee of $50 per day will be applied for each day of delay.

We prioritize speed and efficiency in everything we do because we respect your time and our team’s time. To keep projects moving forward smoothly, we offer two dedicated 24-hour windows for you to share your feedback or request revisions. This ensures we can deliver high-quality results quickly while staying aligned with your vision.

C. THE CAMPAIGN BOOST – $50/campaign

Minimum 10 email campaigns done in 1 week.

10 or more branded email campaigns
Copy + design done-for-you
Email variations for A/B testing
Subject lines and preview texts
Campaign calendar with send dates
Implement inside Klaviyo
Necessary Segmentation
2 revisions, each within 24 hrs
Slack/email support for fast collaboration.

If the project is delayed due to client revisions, an additional fee of $50 per day will be applied for each day of delay.

D. MINI CAMPAIGN PACK – $60/campaign

Minimum 5, up to 9 email campaigns done in 1 week.

5 or more branded email campaigns
Copy + design done-for-you
Email variations for A/B testing
Subject lines and preview texts
Implement inside Klaviyo
Necessary Segmentation
2 revisions, each within 24 hrs
Slack/email support for fast collaboration.

If the project is delayed due to client revisions, an additional fee of $50 per day will be applied for each day of delay.

E. CAMPAIGN TRIAL – $25

Minimum 10 email campaigns done in 1 week.

1 branded email campaign
Copy + design done-for-you
Subject lines and preview texts
Campaign calendar with send dates
Implement inside Klaviyo
Necessary Segmentation
No extra fees after approval
Unlimited revisions
Slack/email support for fast collaboration.

If the project is delayed due to client revisions, an additional fee of $50 per day will be applied for each day of delay.

4. Client Responsibilities

To work effectively together, you agree to:

Provide accurate brand information during onboarding
Share required files (e.g., logos, product images, access credentials) in a timely manner
Respond to email approvals or questions within a reasonable timeframe
Respond to emails or Slack messages within 24 hours (especially during the trial)
Refrain from excessive creative edits or micromanagement, especially during the trial

Delays in response may affect your project timeline.

PERFORMANCE & PAYMENT TERMS

The $50/$25 trial fee is non-refundable once the project begins.
If the Client is not accepted into the trial (due to capacity or fit), the $50 will be refunded in full.
If trial revenue performance exceeds 10%–15% or results in over $1,000 revenue from trial emails, Client agrees to pay the additional $500.

5. Results & Guarantees

While we use proven strategies and frameworks, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Email performance depends on many factors, including your product, list health, and traffic quality.

We are committed to delivering high-quality, revenue-focused work, but we cannot promise exact results.

6. Intellectual Property

All original copy, designs, and strategy documents created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is made. Once paid, you have full rights to use the deliverables as intended.

We reserve the right to showcase anonymized or permissioned work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

7. Termination

We may terminate or pause services at any time due to non-payment, unethical conduct, or violation of these Terms.

You may also cancel future services at any time with written notice. Work already completed is non-refundable.

8. Privacy & Data

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we take reasonable precautions to store it securely.

9. LIABILITY

The Service Provider is not liable for any losses, damages, or revenue shortfalls arising from technical issues, platform downtime (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify), or changes outside our control.

Email performance is affected by list size, traffic quality, product-market fit, and offer strength. While we use best practices, we do not guarantee specific results unless outlined under the Test Drive ($25 trial) terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. All updates will be posted here with a new effective date.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document represents the full agreement between Client and Service Provider. No verbal or written changes will be valid unless agreed upon by both parties in writing.
